Born in Mexico City, Version Five ( Cinco ) was raised in Southern California. At a very young age Cinco was influenced by all genres of music, this is very evident when he's in the studio. His motto is " Love the Process".
As a DJ / Remixer, Version Five has re-mixed hits for super star artist like David Guetta, Rihanna, One Republic, Brittany Spears, Dan & Shay, Luke Bryan and Morgan Evans just to name a few. He's produced for artist in all genres of music, His versatility has led him in to work in all genres from hip hop to latin he's collaborated with artist like E.D.I. Mean member of Tupac's group "THE OUTLAWS", Ras Kass, the late Gangsta Boo member of THREE 6 MAFIA, Bun B member of UGK, MDot Taylor, El Pecador, Connie P, Tefi Valenzuela.
No matter the genre, Version Five is able to deliver.
In 2008 he co- founded a dance record label called Tape Deck Music, where he’s had the pleasure of working with incredibly talented up and coming dance artist.
He has charted multiple times on Beat Port and Apple Music's top 100 in multiple genres.
