Meet musical Hip Hop artist WAVII MGD, a Detroit Michigan native whose musical journey is as diverse and vibrant as his upbringing. Hailing from the Motor City, WAVII MGD was raised amidst the contrasting landscapes of Detroit's Westside and the dynamic Redzone of the Eastside. From a young age, WAVII MGD's ears were steeped in a rich concoction of hip-hop, R&B, soul, and smooth jazz, courtesy of his parents' eclectic musical tastes. These early influences ignited a passion for music that would remain at the core of his being. At the tender age of six, WAVII MDG embarked on a new chapter, relocating down South. The nine years spent there allowed him to immerse himself in the vibrant Southern culture, adding yet another layer to his musical palette.
